ANCC Welcomes Dr. Pashupati Nyaupane (PhD) as Senior Advisor

The Alberta Nepal Chamber of Commerce (ANCC) is honored to officially introduce Dr. Pashupati Nyaupane (PhD) as our Senior Advisor. An Assistant Professor at Tribhuvan University’s Department of Nepalese History, Culture, and Archaeology, Dr. Nyaupane brings a wealth of expertise in cultural heritage tourism, museology, and community-based heritage management.

In his role as Senior Advisor, Dr. Nyaupane is instrumental in shaping the ANCC’s strategic vision. His contributions focus on:

• Tourism Promotion: Positioning Nepal as a premier cultural and spiritual destination for Albertans.
• Heritage Design: Creating tourism concepts that center on authentic cultural preservation and community engagement.
• Academic Collaboration: Building vital bridges between Tribhuvan University and Canadian institutions through joint research, expert exchanges, and educational partnerships.

Dr. Nyaupane’s extensive background—ranging from teaching at the PhD level to field research across Nepal’s most significant heritage sites—provides the ANCC with a deep academic and practical foundation. We look forward to his continued guidance as we connect visitors, diaspora communities, and global stakeholders to the rich history and future potential of Nepal.
